This customer in Frinton on Sea required a two-storey extension on their property which sports a Blue Plaque, denoting that it is a home of historical importance. The customer opted to use our services as we were able to produce the desired result in a professional manner, and at the right price.

The work carried out displays the finished result which melds seamlessly and sympathetically with the rest of the house. We provided timber doors in the Georgian style in order to maintain the character of the existing property. This was complemented by soft red brickwork on the ground floor and a smooth render finish on the first floor. The UPVC sash windows are in keeping with the original character of the house while the Dorma window provides maximum light on the upper floor.
